This cost reduction is attributable to the continued growth of the plan and the efforts to make the plan as effective as possible. OnePoint HRO, LLC announced the renewal of several health care insurance benefit options with Anthem. The renewal included enhancements to the health savings account (HSA) option and the third year of below market trend, single digit coverage cost increases. Several plan options will only increase by 5%. Lynn Jerzyk, OnePoint HR Manager, cited OnePoint’s effective plan management, plan structure and employee wellness programs for the continued health plan cost containment success.
